BJ Mechanical is a fully licensed, insured, bonded and privately owned company founded in 1990. We are based in the Lower Mainland focused on providing quality and efficient service to Commercial, Industrial and Residential sectors. We offer services and new installations in plumbing, heating and gas, including pumps, furnaces, boilers, hot water tanks, and many more.

What areas do you service?

We work all throughout the Lower Mainland Surrey, Delta, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Burnaby, Richmond, Vancouver, Abbotsford.

Can you come now?

Our office schedules work ahead of time, so generally it is hard to provide same day service. We can try our best to schedule in for a next day service.

What is the cost?

We provide free estimates in order to assess the full scope of work. From there, we can give you a final cost. In some cases, jobs are a set rate.

You did some work for my friend can you come now?

Who is your friend? We have a small referral program, so it is nice to know who referred you to us. We can schedule you in.
