Overview
The Bellevue has been reimagined into a vibrant mixed-use space in the heart of Mission’s downtown. Once a historic hotel, the building now offers 26 modern rental apartments and commercial space anchored by Cheeky’s Cannabis store.
Our team completed a full plumbing overhaul, installing new kitchens, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and upgraded mechanical systems throughout.
This project not only preserves a local landmark but transforms it into a hub for modern living and thriving businesses.
